Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, record, and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal & premium service platforms.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Experience in Laravel is a must.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Hands-on practice of good database design, query optimization
- Integrate data storage solutions (MSSQL, MYSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate the issues.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Coordinate the workflow between the Team.
- Help maintain code quality in an organization using automation testing.
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous working experience as a PHP/Laravel developer for a minimum of 1 year required.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework.
- Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
- Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat).
- MySQL profiling and query optimization.
- Creative and efficient problem solver.
