Introduction

This is a school-based healthy eating programme that coordinates participation across numerous schools, project managers, and administrators. As the programme expanded, managing school enrolment, scheduling, classroom information, deliveries, quality tracking, reporting, and communication became increasingly complex.

The objective was to develop a secure, centralized web platform that would streamline programme administration while giving each stakeholder access to the tools and information relevant to their role. The solution included dedicated interfaces for Administrators, Project Managers, and School Users to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and communication throughout the programme.
